After speaking with the owner of the property he informed me he had performed most of the renovations himself with his family in mind, hence the amount of work going into the renovations.
The entire home is open plan, the living area, dining area & kitchen all flow through beautifully with elegant sandstone floors throughout.

The best feature of the entire place is the way the living area opens into the pool & entertaining area.

Having spent many years in the Gold Coast Home Building & Property game I can honestly say this is one of the best renovation jobs I’ve seen.

Hey, I saw you at the auction. I’m suprised there wasn’t more interest in it :S
After attending several auctions myself, I really found myself amazed at the quality of the property.
The only letdown was the backyard, which could easily be worked up to the high standards prevalent throughout the rest of the house.
What a very impressive looking property!
Whilst the photos look fantastic I can imagine that they don’t do the property justice!
